You should check out BodyBuilding.com. They have amazing resources and you're sure to find a program that fits your goal. BTW - you look great as you are!

Go for it, dude. But it's a bit of work so be prepared for a few years of investment in time, food and effort.

But as I always say to guys who ask me about this same question, working out ALWAYS pays off. You might have a body type that makes it difficult to pack on heaps of muscle, but chances are with the right routine (that allows a fair degree of rest...don't train every single day, your body doesn't look like the type to handle that well) and patience, you can have what you want.

Keep us up to date with your progress and feel free to ask folks. Primal_Savage is one of the more knowledgeable; also Monster.

I agree. I'm also an advocate of:

SIX PACK ABS WORKOUT ROUTINE

You can join the site at a $1 trial for 21 days and pick up a lot of good info including YouTube vids.

At the very least, join a gym if you're not a member of one and get with a trainer for a start-up/boot-camp program (initial cost isn't too bad). The upside is that a trainer will work with you on setting up your goals and a good nutritional program, which I can not emphasize enough is very important. It may take hard work and sacrifices, but in the long run will pay-off.

Thanks for the plug, Hellboy! Hugs!

With regard, to "having a body type that makes it difficult to pack on heaps of muscle", try LeanBody Mass60.

Landon, get a personal trainer (maybe not one you necessarily see every week, if finances are a consideration ... and maybe you would only see him/her for a couple months to get securely in a program and then consult once a month or so), and then religiously do the work, three times a week, almost without fail -- and who really knows where you will wind up, but you will certainly be gratifyingly ahead of where you are now.
It could take three or four years. (I'm assuming you don't go the steroids route, which would be faster but not wise.)
At your age, you clearly have the time.

(That said, there's something quite appealing about your body as it is now; I think it suits your online personality nicely ... but that's just me talkin'.)

I agree with you, rubi. But he'll probably grow well into that body that he is envisioning, especially if he does NOT go the 'roids route and keeps the negative body image issues to a minimum.

Take your time and enjoy the journey, dude.

You got that right. He is a Greek God just as he is.
