Hey, there is a guy that does that on occasion on the Asheville Transit Authority buses. Except this guy is sixty-five and wears matching metallic robin's egg blue rabbit ears and stripper's thong. He has a white tux collar and cuffs with robin's egg blue bow tie and cufflinks. He wears a trenchcoat.

It doesn't always happen on subways.
