So my thread was censored because it hurted people feelings? since when disussing a issue is hurting feelings?

" "gay apps inavded by trans, tgirls, sissyboys, etc....

why they dont create a app for trans only including tgirls and sissyboys?

LGBT means that Trans arent G of Gays, so why Im constantly dealing with trans wanting to fuck with me and hot guys looking for tgirls only in a gay app?? Being gay doenst mean wanting to wear women clothes or being feminine.

so ridiculously stupid, and before you start, Lesbians are also part of the LGBT and i dont see them in a gay app."

This does not follow our rules. Your thread has been deleted."

Thank You,

Why cant we discuss these things?? Im being accused of transphobia? then why LPSG separates sections regarding to Straight people and to Gays/Lesbians/Trans? why we can discuss about blacks and whites but not about trans?

I created a discussion on a issue, not about a phobia, its sad that people who owns certain platforms use a excuse to not allow reasonable discussions that affects many gays like me, the section was "ask a gay man" not "ask a trans" so I was in the right section because my questions was toward gays.

I dont care if my account will be deleted, I had enough of this censoring bullshit, soon all this censoring will end.

Bye

In nearly every country on Earth companies have a right to enforce contracts. For an online service, its Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy is a contract between the user and the service, and in most countries it's an enforceable contract, regardless of laws about censorship.

Things are different in the US versus GB, but nearly every "interactive computer service" (which is how they're defined under US law) also enjoys exemptions from being held liable for the acts of their users. That said, to get the protection they have to have reasonable policies that allow them to take down material that is violative of the rights of others. Also their ability to take down things that violate their own standards does not generate liability.

There's also a big difference between taking down things that are in violation of a company's policies versus the company reviewing and affirmatively accepting the "publishing" of material. Under a US law that was enacted, partly in response to some pretty crazy rulings out of Europe, interactive services were given exemptions from being held liable as "publishers" for materials posted by their users. (Eventually Europe came 'round and enacted a law similar to the US.)

I'll also remind you that the UK has some pretty severe censorship laws. For decades the Official Secrets Act prohibited even taking photos of certain buildings, much less publishing them. Only a few years ago, if you tried to publish a picture of, for example, GCHQ, forget about it being censored, you could get thrown in jail!

Adios. You're on a privately owned forum, not a public square. The forum owner gets to have the final word on what appears in his forums. You are neither compelled to be here or prevented from leaving. Not every forum is for everyone. Without having seen the original thread, I can't say if I agree or disagree with the removal, however I have found the moderating team here to be reasonable and able to discuss why they made a decision and to modify that decision when they honestly feel an error has been made. Moderation of any forum is tough and demanding and I don't feel people take on that task lightly.

Well these people need to have some sort of control (rules and regulations) of the content on their platform you know becuase they own it.

Now whether or not the government will regulate social media is a different story.
