pheasant would be better, i think, cos of the wines aomatics (better with things cooked aux herbes de Provence, pour example)
i think youre very punny, too, but as far as im concerned we can dispense with the papilottes just cos the wines du pape (presumably derived from the french pope at avignon, but isnt the word just as likely from papier, or papyrus, for parchment?)
