It is in my experience at least the vast majority of the time of course there are always exceptions but logically if you were meant to have ten inches and you got cut and now your skin can only stretch to seven inches. The skin might stretch eventually but in the meantime you’re going to have a wicked curve at the very least

Exactly. Mine pulls my sack up the shaft a bit bc of the lack of loose skin. It’s more strained when erect
