You've got a strange way of looking at the world my friend. Not everything is measured in legal terms. The world isn't black and white. What a person does or does not do is not a complete picture of who they are. I wasn't trying to argue that Thony is straight, gay or bi. I was merely pointing out that just because a person has sex with someone of the same gender, it doesn't necessarily make them inherently gay or bisexual.
