thoughts on underwear at the dr.'s office?

when the doctor comes in the room they usually expect to find me wearing the backless gown if it's a physical- I much prefer to sit in the room in my briefs like a man, and be seen that way. I've never had him object. If it's a "surprise visit" or if we're discussing something else and then "oh while I have your attention can you comment on this spot on my nutsac..." check, then I'll just drop my pants and he'll get to see what's under the dress pants or jeans, depending on the day.

I like to make sure that my shorts are fresh for the day- but boxers or briefs, it doesn't really matter. I switch up each morning depending on mood- so it's just like being seen by the guys in the locker room wearing my underwear of choice.

I like an athletic cut of white CK briefs, or a slim athletic boxer that conforms well to my body- just something that makes my body look trim and athletic.
