Suspended twitter account. I waited because it was already starting to get some attention from guys and I didn't want to scare him off. But I managed to save everything, I just need to change the format so I can upload the rest.
The account was up and active for over a year. I'm a little disappointed in myself for not finding it sooner but it was really well hidden...until he changed his display name to his actual name and linked his MMA Instagram in his bio. He really wasn't hiding anything at that point!
