I wasn't analysing so much as I just noticed the numbers a while back. Though analysis was a big part of my work once. Not so much now but I guess some habits die hard.
To be honest, virtual flesh doesn't really get my engine running, but I'll see what I can do.
No one is splitting the atom here.
Oh the passion!! Damn man - you drive me crazy:biggrin1:
Oh, I'm not lacking in passion, or so I've been told.
As for me making people crazy? All I can say is pick a number, get in line.:biggrin1:
Did I see that coming?![]()
As Onan said, it comes and goes, but currently, the answer to your questions... yes. :sad2:
JustAsking threads are the most interesting and intelligent , yet his threads don't recieve many replies , What that does tell you?
I think we lost some of the old Moderators! Not that that has anything to do with it but.......His threads are always interesting but I think people aren't inclined to invest the time in formulating a considered reply because they know that at the speed the forum moves now the thread is likely to drop out of sight quickly and the interesting back and forth discussion they'd hope their reply would engender just isn't going to happen.
David,Maybe you are right . Just Asking threads are too difficult to answer. I still reply to them .
You know I find this interesting, because I think I may have only started five or six threads over the last few years. I must be a real thread-killer if people end up with the impression that a lot of threads are mine.
I did start two in the last few days. The "Lest we forget" thread is getting a lot of traffic, but perhaps that is because I am staying out of it.
That's a really good idea! However, smart threads don't seem to go far here, and usually end up filled with opinionated hate...
mad hate
Yes, most people hate that someone challenged their beliefs . Smart threads are often too controversial.
The problem is that there's no way to keep the stupidity out of them...and nothing inspires hatred like some ignorant mouthbreather dragging down the level of discourse a couple degrees.
