I have a friend coming in three weeks that I want to surprise with a little extra girth. I'm a beginner, but have time to exercise every day during these three weeks. What sort of crash course can I do to get the most results (girth, mostly, I'm happy with my length already but won't complain if I have to get longer :biggrin1: )
