Ill never understand it myself. I'm 23 years old and was never once tempted to look like a thug or let my pockets touch the ground. Even from a practical standpoint if you suddenly had to run to save your life or another's you trip all over yourself. And the jerseys and hats worn askew just say prat to me that wants attention.

I think it's a socio-economic (class) thing. I see it in certain neighborhoods - white, black, Hispanic - doesn't matter. Then you go out to a middle class neighborhood and you don't see it - white OR black! It might also have something to do with parenting. Some parents watch what their kids do; others don't seem to give a damn.

Speaking of the devil. This was in the mall today. Sunglasses indoors, reversed baseball cap, camo shorts well below his ass showing off his camo underwear. He was sporting a solid gold Rolex and had just walked out of the LV store. His GF looked great; well dressed and classy. It must have been the money she smelled because it sure wasn't the class.
