I have the same issue with swim trunks, so what I do is wear a speedo underneath my trunks with my dick pointed up to prevent it poking straight out horizontally. Makes for a much more natural looking, still attractive bulge that’s not as egregiously grabbing unwanted attention.

And mine also pull all the way up into my abdomen and almost disappear when I’m at peak erection, not even visible sitting on each side of my shaft like yours. Not because they’re small, but they’re just that deep inside. Even when soft and relaxed they’ll sometimes disappear, especially if cold.
