People who find him the least bit entertaining puzzle me...

He doesn't write his own music and has a below average country voice, he is a baritone with about a third of an octave range... a marginal singer at best. He can't dance... how he is "entertaining" is beyond my comprehension.

I've never listened to his music in it's original context though, I am sure that his music sounds a lot better blasted out of P.A. speakers at Klan rallies.
