time frame

    approximately how long does your exercise sessions last?
    also would breaking up into two smaller sessions be okay vs one long one?

    A good beginner's routine should be brief- no more than 20 minutes or so including warm ups/warm downs. If you're a beginner, it would be best to do your workout in one complete session.

    I take about 30 minutes (After warm up) to do 7 different exorcizes.

    If i'm in a hurry it may be 20.

    Jelqs
    squeezes
    mini jelqs
    revers jelqs
    stretches
    grinds
    curves
    and then kegels

    What stretches do you do? Also what are grinds and curves?

    Mine take 45minutes to an hour and a half.

    Mostly because I take a lot of rests inbetween the sets. I also take my time warming up and the stretching session is longer for me.

    The jelq part is much quicker, but i have been ballooning in between sets as of late.

    Then I like a hot shower afterwards. So, for me, its an event.

    I should add, that I am usually online when I do it. Sometimes here! I like to read posts between sets sometimes. I cover the mouse with a towel so I dont get it messy with lube stuff. That way, I could switch to porn or some other visual stimulant to help out the ballooning process. Or the semi-chub needed for jelqing.

    That is why I need to rest in between sessions.

    Normal stretches, 3 times 10 sec stretch to all sides (left right up down & out)
