Different times for everyone, I have been doing it for nearly 3 weeks and i have put on about 0.5" length and about 0.25" girth

Can you guys tell me your routines in those times, so i may compare them and get an idea how to start my routine?

Either of you take a protein diet into consideration or eat any different to heal?

I have posted it a few times. Its basically the same routine in the Sticky, but i made some modifications.
I will do the stretching before I do the jelqs.
I never jelq 2 days in a row. (baiscally, M, W, Fri.)
Less is more.
Quality over quantity.
I do a hot wrap in between every set of either stretching or jelqing.
For the cool down, I dip my dick in a cup of hot water for at least 5 minutes.
Then I do some edging for however long it takes and then I enjoy a cum.

The next day, I will not touch it of maybe masterbate lightly.

I am now going in 5 week cycles instead of 7. I go off PE for 2 weeks in between cylces. (less is more)

The other new innovation is that I "pump it" during my cool down. I put my dick in one of those big cups that are 44oz. They are flexible so I could squeeze them. (you could probably get one at a fast food joint) I fill it up with hot water, put my dick inside, I squeeze some water out and make a seal by pressing the cup against my body. ( I make sure my balls are outside) It creates some suction so I get a mini pump. Every minute I increase the pressure by squeezing more water out. I do this for 5 minutes.

Last night I began a new cycle and got a really good pump. BTW, I would not recommend doing this until you have a handle on basic PE and have done a couple cycles.
