I definitely could be wrong. But I really don't remember his eyes popping they do in the interview with him and Butler. He wore them in the movie, and maybe decided he liked the look.

There's probably a filter over that video. It's TikTok after all. Probably worth mentioning that the green jersey would make his eyes look more vivid. But I've seen other pictures and videos from this same event and he's most definitely not wearing contacts. I mean, he has green eyes, there's no need for them unless it was for a role lol.
