shows don't have to be deep or complex to be entertaining to watch
They don't. But also those kind of shows don't warrant a spoiler policy. Events in said shows are just a thing that happens and don't have any impact on the way the plot progresses or how you view it.
A spoiler would be Bruce Willis was dead all along. Side character #246 being gay, while enriching and giving background to said character, does not have consequential or lasting impact on the show past or forward.

Monty Dies because he’s beat to death by a group of guys in jail. I’m not sure the reason why he was killed but of got some theories:
A: He got bashed to death for being gay (something to do with being gay)
B: He got killed because of his crime he committed
C: He started a fight he couldn’t handle
Did he admit openly he was gay in prison? Most likely its C.
Also, his F'ck scene was hot even though they were mostly covered by a blanket.
