I was looking over the forum and again thought how great it is that the gents, both straight and gay, get along so well here. It made me think ,as a gay man, how proud I am of the straight guys that see us as equals on the board. Just like my best straight buddy Brian (off the board). He really is the most masculine guy I know because he is not threatened by me and at the same time loves me unconditionally. He is comfortable with who he is and has nothing to prove to anyone else. You guys that are like this help breed more guys to be tolerant too. So in that vein...cheers to the straight guys...and thanks for who you are. CUBE

It's kinda cool chatting w/ both straight & gay guys/gals here... gives me a different perspective on each subject.

But you're right... there arent' many sites where this same dynamic is present.

There really are a lot of cool straight guys here, and I definitely appreciate it. Some would say I shouldn't have to say this, because people should just be cool with sexuality. Unfortuntately, that's not the world we live in, and I think it takes a person with some character to rise above social norms. And I think it helps when guys are comfortable with their own sexuality, they don't seem to feel threatened.

I've made some really special kinds of friendships with straight guys in "real life" who are like that. I think you build a special kind of bond when you're able to rise above th boxes you're expected to live in.

    How dreadfully sweet.

Tip this. Yeah, yeah, here's to the straight guys. May you all coach all your brethren to be similarly enlightened.

Wow, Stronzo.. you really forced that one out didn't you:rolleyes: ??

To be fair... I feel a tip of the hat to gay men is in order as well.
They are the ones who put up with all the straight men and their flauntings. And how would our girlfirends learn to give great head if not for the gay men of today??

    I love you guys :biggrin1: :biggrin1: :biggrin1: :biggrin1: :biggrin1:

Women go to gay clubs because they know they are not going to get harassed (they are called Fag Hags). They are awesome. They get to admire the men and get no drunken come-ons. Their standoffishness in straight clubs is, to me, really a function of ignorant male behavior demonstrated over time.

And oh yeah, the continuum of maleness here fucking rocks.

    I'm a lumberjack and I'm OK
I sleep all night and I work all day.

    (Chorus)
    He's a lumberjack and he's OK
He sleeps all night and he works all day.

I cut down trees, I eat my lunch
    I go to the lavatory.
On Wednesdays I go shopping and have buttered scones for tea

    (Chorus)
    He's a lumberjack and he's OK
He sleeps all night and he works all day.

I cut down trees, I skip and jump
I like to press wild flowers.
I put on women's clothing and hang around in bars.

He puts on women's clothing and hangs around in bars?!

    (Chorus)
    He's a lumberjack and he's OK
He sleeps all night and he works all day.

I cut down trees, I wear high heels
    Suspenders and a bra.
I wish I'd been a girlie, just like my dear papa!

OK, here is slightly tongue in cheek opinon....

Most of the guys here, are well hung. Therefore, they are not
constantly worrying about wether or not they are adequate,
and generaly have a positive look on life. And tend to be more
    enlightened.

Just my humble, if somewhat humorous , opinon.

... and cheers to you gay men out there to, and fuck, just to this whole forum in general. Nowhere else is there the ecclectic multitude of differing views experiences and opinions, sexual or otherwise, rolled up in one forum.

Yes, I agree with that. My girlfriend gives great oral sex and enjoys anal sex and we have her gay friends to thank for giving her good sex tips, lol.
On a more serious note we've been really impressed with this site as it allows straight and gay men to discuss sex and relationship issues with each other in such an open way.

It's great that a guy can feel comfortable here talking about sex with other guys without embarrassment. See what happens if you try this in the locker room! Look at how many men wear towels going from the lockers to the showers!

You know, I have to agree with part of this. The significant majority of my male friends are straight. When I think of it, the ones who have no hang ups with spending time alone with me, even to the point of non-sexually sharing a bed for the night, are the ones who are better endowed, followed up by the ones who have a positive self-image in other arenas.

Two of my best friends, the ones that I have no doubt would willingly take a bullet for me, are not only straight, but would be identified by outsiders as racist rednecks. It took years for us to struggle through our preconceptions of each other, but it has certainly been worth the journey.

I appreciate the straight men in my life, online and off!
