I didn't find anything similar being discussed here, so lets share some things we have found to have positive effects on sexual health.
I'll start with some obvious ones:

-sleep enough, for me 8 hours and still waking up early seems ideal

-exercise. being in good overall health surely helps your erections

-don't overdo the point above, being too tired from exercise also takes my motivation for sex to a degree

-diet. would like to hear some experiences here, I never really changed that but I heard people say that eating less meat helped them.
