So.. I'm 39.

As nature would tend to do, my libido has slowed down quite a bit... :(

Mentally, I'm horny (what I'd think is) an above-average amount of time.

Physically, the boner just doesn't immediately spring to attention like it used to on any given stimulus.

I've been taking a few supplements trying to improve things for a while... but I'm not sure they're helping.

I work out on a regular basis. I eat right... not sure what else to do.

I'd love some input!

Life gets complicated in your 30's - 40's, little stresses build up. You think everything is fine but you don't see the little bits pilling up slowly. Being horny isn't the same as really wanting to put all the energy into sex. Your dick knows the truth you don't admit to yourself. Take a vacation away from your life. If you've no issues when away from your life then it's probably the weight of mid life responsibility. If so, going to have to figure better ways to 'let go'.

Of course it could simply be "low T".
Has your Doc been tracking your testosterone levels?

Unless you're running into problems when it's time to actually perform,... What's the issue?

For example.... a few nights ago, my partner was playing with my junk a bit... not in a foreplay kind of way... but just... playful.... and my cock didn't really respond at all... When I DO have sex... maybe within the last year... I've really had a hair trigger... and get to the finish much faster than I'd prefer.

Come to think of it... this all started happening around the same time...
