I've read about it before and it is very possible.

Takes time and dedication but I think I read a man
can achieve it in approximately two years time.

I used it for awhile and it was ok. I went back to using the t-tape method because the tugger would slip off more readily than the tape. It's a lot more convenient than tape that's for sure, it's on and off in seconds.

Restoration is absolutely possible. I have a friend who's been at it for almost 3 years and his "new" skin now covers the entire head of his penis. If you are dedicated enough, as wind says, it is possible and is permanent as well. I can usually see how a restored skin looks somehow different though. Not as thin since you are stretching already toughened skin. If it's something you want, you can get it.
