The fitness forum at Mens Health is pretty good.-

Be careful, there is a lot of misinformation on the forums. (unlike lpsg!! )

Testosterone Nation isn't bad either, espeically all the articles. Just be aware that they are a supplement company, so they plug their own products a lot in articles.

Thanks for the recc. guys. I'm still extremely new to weightlifting so I kind of want a forum like that, where I can start off new and show my progress. I like forums like this one, where people are generally intelligent and informative. Maybe the Men's Health will be best as the others seem more advanced.

I'm not a guy, but I work out religiously...and take my fitness very seriously. This board is awesome for weight lifters....even the women on here are buff as hell and compete, etc. I don't want to look like them, but they do know their shit when it comes to nutrition, supplements, fitness, etc...:

It should be renamed Manorexia.com. Go into their Post Your Pictures section and all you see is a bunch of teenage 147 lb weaklings flexing and getting compliments on their "awesome" physiques.

There is lots of good info on that site though...be ware...many are young and homophobes. The Over 35 section has real good advice for anyone.
