With pills I can get hard erections. But most time the pills have the side effect of headache.
Yeah... That's a pretty normal sideside effect with Viagra... Have you tried Cialis... It's side effects are not as bad?

Bernd: There is no need to suffer with impotence. Go to www.franktalk.org, it is a website dedicated to treating ED. They have all the remedies covered and a wealth of information on side effects, alternatives and experience of others.
cincinnatus
Thank you so much!!

Maybe I 'm wrong! And that's a normal erection for a 49yo! I'm not sure! But I think it's erectile dysfunction.View media item 1479037View media item 1479034View media item 1479034
Let me tell that many men in their 40"s begin to show signs. It can be over whelming to some. As long as you able to achieve that much firmness without drugs. Consider yourself Lucky. My Ed started when I was in my mid 40"s. By the time I was 50, I could not even not even get to a semi. Which is why I went to a Urologist for professional help. Not long after that an Ultra Sound was performed. Discovered I had a Venous leak. Which is the inability of the arteries to keep blood in the penis, to maintain an erection. Which is why I had my penile implant.

I listened to a rather interesting podcast last night. Joe Rogan hostin Matthew Walker. Impressive credentials and incredibly knowledgeable on the brain, sleep, alcohol, drugs. It seems way too many people suffer physiological maladies from the lack of sleep.
Do you get 7-8 hour a night?
here's a link. Really worth listening to. Perhaps a bit more sleep will help your E.D.

It does seem to be a fairly common thing for men in their 40s. Regular cardio helps. So do pistachio nuts - seriously. Many seem happy enough to rely on medication alone, but there are other things that can help.
