What the fuck? I have heard this is a cliche or a common saying... I've never heard it... What does it mean and what the fuck is wrong with people? Telling their daughters that orgasm is pretty much equal to death. I wanna donkey-punch someone, badly. Namely the fucking idiots who came up with this saying.

but yeah, this euphemism's been around for centuries. half the time Shakespeare uses the word "death" or "die"...well, as the Bard himself wrote, "there's a double meaning in that."

we really should call it li'l death, just to be on the safe side.
