Toilet paper roll..over or under?

Technically, unless you have it on a reverse gravitational set-up. it is always over the top. The question is, do you have the paper close to you as it rolls down or against the wall (collecting germs and dirt) which is what most people call 'from the bottom' since one then pulls the sheets from the bottom?

For myself I prefer the paper to be away from the wall-what most refer to as over the top.
