I remember reading about this, but I can't seem to find to find any reference to what exactly it determines or if the size of the rolls varies by country. Can anybody offer some help here?

For the record, when I was young, I never thought to put my cock into a toilet paper roll. Once older and hearing about it, my only thought was, "why would some guy risk a paper-cut on his willy". I too cannot fit my penis in a standard cardboard roll unless I'm soft. found this out after reading about a home made toy. LOL, this made me laugh and I couldn't resist so I just did the same and rolls are 6.25" (far above average) here in the UK....so if they are used a measuring 'benchmark' what does that say I wonder?:tongue:

well, not fitting a 6.25 circ one would definitely seperate the larger guys... I ran it by little average and he still chuckled a little though, lol.

I always thought the 'toilet-paper roll' test was to the un-official way to determine if you *really* needed a magnum size condom.
If you can fit in the roll, a regular condom will be fine.
If you don't fit in it, look for a larger/looser condom

I've taken the test with the regular, standard, 5.5 inch circumference American toilet paper roll...

It does look kinda heavy I guess... And sometimes, I admit, I stop 'playing with it' and admire how thick it is... but heavy? I don't know, it's always been attached to me, so I have nothing to compare. Although, as I think now, sometimes when I stand while erect I can feel it hanging down, almost pulling (stretching) the whole 'pubic area' down with it - don't know if anyone else can attest to this or not.

I'll look around for a scale - we may not have one though...
