Cruise, like many other male actors (Costner most notably), has filmed so many scenes where he's shown ass or cock but the scenes were edited out and never made into the final print of the movie. More down to the studios which are still reticent about showing male nudity but kudos to the actors, directors and other production people who are willing to film it.
