If I'm not mistaken, I seem to recall that the reason why swimmers shave their legs is to reduce the drag when swimming. Now, anything else they shave is up to them.

there was a brief period where you could see he was getting quite hairy. Seems like he’s gotten a lot of it lasered away though unfortunately.
