I have to call bull on that hot tub story. First of all, Disney/Marvel actors all have handlers that are paid by DISNEY and their jobs are to make sure the stars are protected from scandal or bad press and that means that things like you describe don't happen. Second, Disney/MCU stars do NOT stay in the same hotel where the conventions are held. Most conventions are held in mid-range or economy hotels and the stars would stay at nearby luxury hotels and be brought in for events. I'm not talking about D-Z listers that are manning booths, selling meet and greets, and "remember this show" panels but the A-C listers and they are not staying where random fans can find their rooms. That also means very little "green room" time for a star like Tom since he'd meet up with whoever was also on the panel at another location and be delivered to the stage in time to make an entrance and then escorted back immediately after.

Even if the star hung out and made themselves seen at a convention, you can bet security and their handlers are never out of sight.

Finally, in an era of plentiful cell phones, sexual harassment allegations, and instantly uploading to social media this kind of thing isn't happening anymore. These guys are in BILLION dollar franchises and they have extensive training on how to handle fans and rule number one is DON'T PUT YOURSELF IN A POSITION WHERE YOU CAN BE ACCUSED OF SEXUAL MISCONDUCT.

A male friend of mine wound up hanging with him in the green room of a comicon that was held in Utah and then at party after. Apparently Tom was recently out of a relationship and a hound dog and would say some pretty aggressive things to the girls knowing he had spidey star power. My buddy wound up in a hot tub with him and a few girls at an after party for guests of the event. Tom had event security all around preventing pics and video but to get one of the girls to go topless my friend and Tom were dared to kiss. Before my friend knew what was up, Toms hand was on the back of his head and toms tongue was down his throat. After in a bedroom Tom had two girls on one side of the room with him and my friend had a girl. They didn’t interact and were across the room but sounds like all had fun. I was mildly surprised given toms squeaky clean rep but it isn’t too shocking that he’s having fun with his celebrity at his age.

That's a completely different situation. Renner didn't run into some random fans and have an orgy. Also if you think Marvel was upset that something helped to confirm Renner's heterosexuality then you don't understand how much they'd rather have a "straight guy got played" story come out before a "He's gay/bi and has had a long term male lover" story.

Not to mention that Renner plays Hawkeye. You can argue his importance as you wish but he isn't Spiderman. The Spiderman franchise alone is a billion-dollar franchise for Sony not to mention his inclusion in the MCU or value to Disney.

I'm not saying that someone couldn't get passed the security and handlers to get to Tom Holand but it's not going to be randoms from a FanX comic convention in Utah.
