Respectfully, he is. Lmao. Spider-Man is with Sony, but he continually signs with Marvel to do Marvel movies that’s the entire point. He may not be under marvel for Spider-Man solo films but he has contracts with marvel as Spider-Man for his cameos and side acting or whatever you’ll call it. It’s just not his main one.

That's unequivocally false though, and I won't derail the thread too much more with his, but that's not how he business works. If a studio owns the rights to character, the actor can't sign any other contract to play that character for another studio. That's all handled on the Sony side. His Sony contract is for like 2 more standalone movies and appearances in the Avengers movies. That talent contract is built by Sony and Tom isn't signing any documents from Marvel. Marvel and Sony worked on the deal on how many movies he'd appear in. If Sony doesn't like something, they pull Tom out. That's literally whats already happened. So he specifically isn't signed to Marvel, Marvel made the deal with Sony, who he is signed with to have him appear in films while Sony distributes them, if that makes sense.
