Sorry to say though, that looks like pretty lame acting of a gay passionate kissing scene for 2 people who just got married. Looks very awkward like 2 mates doing it for a dare.
If an actor is not able to throw himself into a "gay kiss" scene and make it look believable, then he should not be doing it. And I say that as a huge Tom Welling Fan

Tom is now 40 so is obviously maturer, when he started in Smallville he was in his mid-20's. He looks fine to me.

Except they don't play a real gay couple, they play 2 cops who have to act like gay couple for a mission in an episode so that's totally logic he play it "awkward" and "not passionate".
