I guess I have two points.
It's different when someone/a group of people refer to themselves with a "silly/derogatory" name vs someone else who is not them or a part of that group doing it. Think your s/o talking to their best friend and they're calling each other bitches, jerks, cunts, (etc.) playfully and you decided to call your s/o or their best friend one of the aforementioned words to their faces. It probably won't go over well.
Second point is, yes some names might be used such as stupid pussy or my preferred use of "Black Mamba" as a joke. Ignorant dick is not one that I've ever seen a black person use when referring to themselves. I mean there's a lot of black people out there so you'd probably be able to find one person who did, but I wouldn't try to incorporate that particular phrase into my vernacular even if I did find a person who had since it doesn't look good on the person using the phrase.
i've subscribed and honestly, it's nice at best. the stuff you really want to see requires an additional payment. i think he's soooo (so incredibly) fine, but i'm not made of money. my subscription ends in about a week and i won't be resubscribing.
