A number of people have asked "what is the female version of this?" and I think I have lived through it. It manifests as intense feelings of inadequacy and usually couples up with insane jealousy.
My own form of performance anxiety was to let him do whatever he wanted with me, tell him it was great, and never, ever tell him he was hurting me. I always thought that he could have any woman he wanted, and the women he had in the past must surely be better than I could be since he was just that fine. It is not that I don't think I am good (great) looking, I just somehow felt like I didn't deserve him and he would eventually figure that out and go shag a stable of Page 3 girls that had the looks as well as the sexual experience to back it up. Naturally, that led to more than a bit of jealousy.

Never had this problem. I have assumed a woman was in a relationship because of how beautiful she was and been wrong, but not being able to get it up and fuck her brains out has yet to occure.
