The best hint I can give you if you are really unsure, is do the things above BUT have the top lie on his back and you control how slow/fast you can lower yourself onto him. LOTS of lube guy, plenty of foreplay, fingers, etc., and then try it with him on his back. You also have to relax as much as you can.
