A woman's body goes through vast physiological changes to be able to birth a baby. The labor process is complex and doesn't need to be discussed here. Google it if you're not familiar with it.

Suffice it to say that the ability of a vagina, (actually the woman's entire body is involved) to deliver a 10lb baby and being able to handle a penis of any size are worlds apart.

Very few women who can deliver babies can deliver a 10 lb baby anyway. Good lard, i've seen some traumatic births for 6 - 7 lb babies. Women pushing for hours to get the baby down and out, tearing with an episiotomy, having to be cut several times in order to fit the baby.
