Hi guys, i really need some advice. my long term partner has told me that after almost a year having sex is really not pleasureable for her as i am too big for her, it feels to her like i am hitting something inside of her and causing her discomfort and pain. this is the last thing i want. i have told her we should go and see someone about it but she has heard through others that there is nothing that can be done so we might as well give up.
is this true? or is there anything that can be done to help this problem???

Men brag about hitting bottom, but it really can be very uncomfortable for a woman (and for the guy if you are ramming to hard).

You need to use lube, go slow and be mindful of your partner's limits.

Also--if she is not getting off on sex, you might want to talk to her to see what she needs you to do in order to reach orgasm, etc. Sounds like the sex is currently very one-sided.
