Yes. After you get in past the rectum, the sigmoid colon bends around. Everybody is different, but in some guys the curve is such that the end of penis sort of gets stuck in the bend. I'm not all that long (about 8"), but I've had some guys tell me it hurts when I go in deep and feel my cock "bottoming out" in the bend.

It's true that guys who get fisted get very deep penetration, but there are some differences between that and getting fucked:

1. Not everybody can be fisted particularly deeply.

2. The fisting top bends his fingers to ease his hand around the bend, which a hard cock will not do.

3. Guys who get fisted deep usually take it in just once or twice, which is very different from getting relentlessly pounded when fucked.
