Grease 2 - You read it right. The sequel to Grease. Why? Cause it's so bad it's FUCKING AWESOME!!!
B.A.P.S. - This movie shows Halle Berry actually has comedy chops.
Steel Magnolias - Okay, maybe this one is because I'm gay. Still, FUCKING AWESOME!!!
UHF - Doesn't matter what your sexual orientation, this movie is - you guessed it - FUCKING AWESOME!!!
Runners Up: Star Trek (the reboot), Star Wars (Episodes 4, 5 and 6), and Tim Burton's Batman.

Not sure about top 5, but my favourite movie is Silence of the Lambs. By far.
The rest could be:
* Sen to Chihiro (Spirited Away is the US name, I think)
* Blair Witch Project.
* Esperando la Carroza (argentinian black comedy)
Then, I love the work of directors like Kubrik (fav: The Shinning), Tarantino (fav: Pulp Fiction), and Burton (confused here, Big Fish is a great movie, but the Burton always shines with Johnny Depp)
The rest could be:
