Another song from the 60s who's lyrics would be totally verboten today. Gary Puckett's powerful vocals call-out to vulnerable young lasses...

I haven't heard this song for years. It was played today on news talk station KFI in the Los Angeles area after LA county supervisor Shiela Kuehl decided to dine at her favorite Italian restaurant-- immediately after voting to (again) close-down restaurants because of the COVID pandemic. Shiela Kuehl, who is nearly eighty, once played Zelda Gilroy on the early sixties B&W TV show, Dobie Gillis.
