Something I picked up as a random on YT as I often do.
Yes technically released October 1990 (Without telling the members, but I am glad it happened!), but was fully recorded well before this in 1987.
Basically it's REM minus the singer, and it was Warren Zevon (Vocals), who put it all together, which was supposed to be just a bit of a joke, but it turned out to be a cracker!
Album is mostly a Blues cover, with some Rock edge thrown in.
This cover of Prince - Raspberry Beret, is probably the best of the lot.
