Since the gyms have been closed for a while now, I've had a chance to see what works under different circumstances, what doesn't, and to prioritize what's most important to get results. Here's what I came up with.

I second (third?) that 1.000.000.000.000 times. That's a trillion, I guess. One more thing: course-correct every so often if you stagnate. It hurts my heart to read posts from guys who done the same program for a YEAR(S) and seen extremely little results. The effort is there. Good programming is not.

You do need to set a goal first, then make a sound plan, then be consistent...Remember... View attachment 16501341
No argument here, but I think we both know that most people fail because they don't stay with it. Present company included. I want to help those people to realize that even if you have a great plan, if you don't do it consistently, nothing will come of it.
