i don't have an iphone so idk if this will work for you. when you refresh during a time ending in 3/7 (e.g. 9:03 or 9:07), the site should allow you to watch every video on the page you're currently viewing. when you find the video you want to download, press play. after the video starts playing, hold your finger down on it and choose the 'download' option (may not be available to you). it should download onto your phone in a matter of seconds depending on how large the file is. hope this helped :^)
