So I can handle holding kegels for a good amount of time now, and believe I'm ready to take the next step.
I started trying towel raises. I get my penis semi erect and put a small towel over the head of my penis. I kegel and lift the towel up. Right now im trying to go for 20 reps. The problem is I go flacid after 3 or 4 reps. I can get to 25 but I have to masturbate alot in between. Is this ok? Am I on the right track?
