There are a few topics I avoid on a matter of principle. Pretty much anything having to do with religion or politics. Both lead to illogical and irrational arguments. People can't even have conversations about either without it breaking down into insanity. The other is circumcision. No one can agree on it, yet so many people have invested a lifetime of anger into it. I find any conversation along those lines becomes a toxic scene before the first page is up.
