officially I think they say you should only wear them for 20 min max but like Flynn has said I have heard guys wearing them all day and have reported no problems. Like you I would only wear them for sex( not a big fan of cock rings in general) to be on the safe side.

Lubed up with a good water based lube, and went from a simi hard cock to fully hard and blowed a load within 4 mins.
