Hi Guys,

Will, new guy here. I am not familiar with pumping at all. While I had done my research, there is no clear consistency on pumping schedule. So here I am.

My goals are to increase both girth and length.

I have a suction extender (with a belt), a ring and a pump.

How many times a week by how long should I pump or extend?
Should I tape it afterwards to avoid swelling?
How does one wear it while at work (indicated in the manual)?
Do I need to wear the ring as a weight throughout a day?

Here’s what I do, I hold a vacuum of between 5 to 7 inches of mercury (hg), on the vacuum gauge , for five minutes and then I go back down to 1 inch of hg and I do that for one minute, and then I go back up between five and seven just depends how the day is on the cock, how much vacuum I pull! I am now able to pump for up to between 30 and 40 minutes doing this method every day of the week except Sunday. I’ve been pumping for only four years and have gained somewhere between 10 to 20% in girth, but very little in length only an eighth of an inch! The variation in girth is simply due to how much blood is flowing through the cock when I make the measurements from week to week. That’s the life of the cock…

No, I do not use an extender. I have a silicone cock ring that I put on around the base of my cock and balls and then I fuck my sex doll for about 30 minutes keeping myself nice and hard until I cum.
