My triceps are threatening to give away my age.
This will not do.

I’m looking for some free weight exercises that won’t harm my newly almost healed shoulder. I had what is colloquially called frozen shoulder off and on over five years, brought on by overuse and a couple specific traumas.
ROM is sketchy at some points.

what’s a good online source for adaptive exercise?

any suggestions?
