Welp, Idk if I should reply as I'm bi myself but I'd say it's pretty ok for a straight dude of my generation to shave or trim. Personally, my bush gets ugly and irritates my skin if left to exist as is.

I am always trimmed way up, balls are shaved and get my ass and back waxed a few times a year. Personally, I just like being smooth and it feels a ton cleaner.
