Well a few of my college buddies and I have decided to go to Carnival in 2010. Just wanted to know if anyone on here has ever been and can you share any of your experiences!

Be careful it can be dangerous there. Are you white? If you are I suggest that you stay in a resort or a compound and go with known and trusted guides. Beware of people who offer you anything that sounds shadey or too good to be true as you may wind up getting robbed. This country is the 6th highest place for crime but just watch yourself and be careful.
Not white, going with a large group of friends (I think 12-15) and I'm from the caribbean.
