That will vary by your particular franchise area. The best thing to do is go to the cable company's website and see what the packages include. I will tell you though, if you're getting them you WILL be billed for them if you are not supposed to get them. If you don't see any mention of them in your package details, then you're liable. There are no freebies in cable if you're a legitimate customer and using their equipment.
Many cable companies do offer premium channels free from the first to third months as an incentive to get you to keep a subscription to them (like a drug dealer giving out free samples, they want to get you hooked on their shows before you start paying).
